Goal Setting

On the right hand side of your home page, you will see a Goals section.

Here you can add your own personal goals, which can be viewable just for you, or you and your mentor.

If you have a company admin, these will not be viewable to them.

When adding a goal, there will be some examples or inspiration for you, you can also add attachments.

You can set a deadline for the goal, and whether or not it is recurring.

When your goal is complete you can tick the box as complete, and it will move into a Completed Goals list you can view anytime.

Your mentor can add a goal for you as a mentee, by clicking on 'view profile' and 'add goal'
