Mentor/Mentee FAQ - Who Can See My Mentoring Relationship Details?

Privacy and confidentiality are important parts of the mentoring experience. PushFar is designed to provide a safe environment where mentors and mentees can communicate openly and build a productive mentoring relationship.

 Who Can See My Mentoring Relationship Details?

Your programme administrator has access to high-level information about the mentoring programme, including:

  • Mentoring relationships and matches
  • Participation and engagement statistics
  • Programme progress and reporting information
  • The overall structure and framework of the programme

However, the content of your mentoring relationship remains private between you and your mentor or mentee.

This means that programme administrators cannot see:

  • Private messages between mentors and mentees
  • Meeting notes and agendas
  • Personal goals and development discussions
  • Other confidential mentoring conversations

Can I Control What My Mentor Sees?

Yes. Certain information within PushFar allows you to choose who can view it.

For example, when adding notes to your mentoring relationship, you can decide whether they are:

  • Visible to my mentor and me
  • Visible to me

This gives you control over what information you share throughout your mentoring journey.
