User FAQ - My mentor/mentee isn't responding to me, what should I do?

Sometimes, despite your best efforts, you might not get a reply after requesting or messaging your mentor or mentee. If this happens, here are some steps you can take:

1. Send a gentle follow-up message
   They may have simply missed your first message or gotten busy. A polite reminder can often prompt a response.

2. Reach out to your Local Administrator
   Your local administrator can offer guidance or help facilitate communication. They can even assist with finding another appropriate match.
