      Within the Admin Panel, under 'Configuration' > 'Support FAQs' - here you can add in your own support FAQs.

      When a user is logged in and clicks the 'Support' link they will be able to view our default FAQs, but you can add your own in on this page, by filling out the sections and clicking 'Add Question'
