How to add/amend Support FAQs

This guide explains how to add and update support FAQs for your participants, as well as where they can access them.

 

  1. Log into the Admin Panel by browsing to https://org.pushfar.com and entering your login details
  2. On the homepage menu browse to  Configuration > Support FAQs. 

You will then see a screen similar to the below where you can:

  • Add new FAQs
  • View/Manage Existing FAQs
  • Change the order of your FAQs



When users are logged in to the platfrom they can view these FAQs by selecting the Support link at the bottom right of every page.
