To schedule a new mentoring meeting, browse to your active mentoring relationship on your homepage and select ‘Schedule a Meeting’.

You will then be directed to your mentoring management panel.

Next, select "Schedule A Meeting" on the orange bar at the bottom of the screen. A dialogue box will appear, allowing you to select the date, time, time zone, and duration of the meeting. This feature can integrate with your calendars to display mutual availability. Additionally, you can include notes and an agenda.

It is recommended that mentees take the lead in scheduling meetings and setting the agenda, as this aligns with best practices in mentoring.

You can choose to meet in person or via video call. The platform includes a PushFar's built in video calling feature, or if preferred you can integrate Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.

All discussions, messages, meeting notes, and conversations between mentor and mentee are private and confidential, and cannot be viewed by administrators.

To log past meetings, go to the same page and click 'Log Past Meeting' to input the details.

You will receive email notifications of any meeting requests or actions you need to take, along with push notifications through our apps. If you are not receiving these then it may be your firewall settings. If they are not showing in your junk/spam folder, you may need to contact your organisations IT department and ask them to whitelist the email info@pushfar.com
