To create a meeting, select Schedule a Meeting on the bar at the bottom of the screen.
Choosing a date, time, and agenda
When scheduling a meeting, a pop‑up window will appear, allowing you to:
- Select the date and time
- Choose the meeting timezone
- View suggested times when both parties are available
- Set the meeting duration
- Choose the meeting type
- Add meeting notes or an agenda

Use the scheduling window to select a time, meeting type, and agenda before sending your meeting request.
The scheduling feature can also integrate with your calendar to help identify mutual availability.
Once complete, select Send Request to schedule the meeting.
Mentees are encouraged to take the lead in scheduling meetings and setting the agenda. Taking ownership of meeting planning helps drive personal development, keeps discussions focused, and ensures mentoring sessions remain purposeful and productive.
