Admin FAQ - Why are my users not receiving emails sent from the platform.

If emails have been enabled in the admin panel but are not being received, they may be blocked by your organisation’s firewall settings.

If the messages are not in the user's junk or spam folder, please contact your IT department and request that they whitelist info@pushfar.com to allow emails through.
