User FAQ - What to include in my Mentoring Preferences?

Learn what to include in your mentoring preferences, from your experience to what you’re looking for in a mentoring relationship. Perfect for mentors, mentees, or both.

During the second step of registration, you will be prompted to answer one or both of the following in the open text field.

This is your opportunity to write a short summary (3–4 sentences) that showcases who you are and what you're looking for. If you're signing up as a mentor, focus on highlighting your experience, areas of expertise, and how you can support others. If you're a mentee, share your professional background, your goals, and the areas where you’re seeking guidance or development.

This helps us match you with the most suitable mentoring partner.
