Admin FAQ - Why can't I pair 2 users together, they are registered on the platform?
If you're unable to match two participants, there may be a few possible reasons:

Incomplete Profiles
Matching is only possible once both participants have completed their profiles. The information provided is essential for generating relevant and accurate match suggestions. -
Capacity Full
If both profiles are complete but you're seeing a "capacity full" message, check whether either user has any unanswered match requests—these count toward their capacity limit. - Different Programs
If both users are in different programs, they won’t be able to be matched. To enable pairing, one of the participants will need to be either moved to, or set up in, the same program as the other. -
Open Network
It's possible that one or both users have accidentally registered on the Open Network instead of your private instance. If their account doesn't appear on your instance, you can resolve this by following the steps outlined [here].
