How to update my email address

Learn how to change your username & contact email as a Mentor or Mentee in Settings, to keep your account login and contact information up to date.

Accessing the platform

To access the mentoring platform, navigate to
https://pushfar.app and enter your username and password.

Change your login username and contact email address

Once you have logged in, navigate to Settings in the top-right corner of your homepage.
Within this page, you will see a tile similar to the screenshot below, which allows you to manage and update your username and contact email address.
 

After clicking the "Update my Email" button, you will be presented with a pop-up to verify your identity (see example screenshot below). The system will email you a 6-digit verification code to your original email address. Enter this code to confirm your new username/email address.

Quick tip:
This email can sometimes be classified as spam. If you do not see the message in your inbox, please check your junk folder or email filters.

Finally, after you click "Confirm Code", you will be automatically logged out of the system. Please log in again using your new email address and your existing password. From this point, all system email notifications will be sent to your updated email address.
