How to Move Users Between Programs or remove them

This guide will detail how to remove a participant from a mentoring program.

As an administrator, you can remove participants from a program through the admin panel.

  1. Log into the Admin Panel by browsing to https://org.pushfar.com and entering your login details
  2. On the homepage menu browse to Employees > View all Employees

Here you can select individual participants using the checkbox in the top right-hand corner of their panel, or you can choose Select All.

Once you select the first participant, a new box will appear at the top of the page, offering the option to:

  • Delete their preferences from any programme

  • Copy their preferences from one programme to another (provided the matching categories are the same)

This feature makes it easier to manage participant preferences across multiple programmes.
