How can I delete or terminate a user?

This guide explains how to delete or terminate a user from your platform, including the steps to remove access and what happens to their data once the process is complete.

To access your participants on the Admin Panel, please follow the below steps:

  1. To access the Admin Panel, navigate to https://org.pushfar.com
  2. Select Employees > View All Employees

 

Here you will see a list of all users on your instance. Once you have found the user you would like to remove, click Terminate on the right hand side.

Note: Once terminated this will remove all their data and cannot be restored.
