Under the Settings tab at the top right of your homepage, you have access to a variety of features that you can customise to suit your preferences.


These settings include:
  • Change your password
  • Change your email address
  • Privacy and Profile visibility
  • 2 Factor Authentication
  • Video Calling
  • Enable/Disable email/Push notifications 
  • Account Support (Request to remove your profile)


 

To change your password and email address for your account, you can do so on the left hand side of the page -



 

You can also amend your profiles privacy settings, allowing people to find you via email if you prefer, along with turning on/off your points visibility. You also have the ability to turn on/off any email notifications, and push notifications. 

 
Please note - this feature may have been disabled/adjusted by your company administrator.

 

There is the ability to block a member, if required. You can unblock through settings.



 

If you would like to remove your profile, you can do so by clicking the highlighted section under the Account Support section of the settings page


 

If you are already part of the open network and wish to move to an official company, you can make a request to do so under the ‘Settings’ section of your account. 


The box on the left hand side labelled Official Organisation is where you can request to join your organisations platform and programmes. 

This would then need to be accepted by your company administrator.


You can also enable 2 Factor Authentication in settings also -



 

You can also link your Zoom account through the settings, meaning that for every meeting you arrange, it will automatically link your Zoom meeting room -



As well as with any other video calling platform -
