Full capacity

I cannot request a mentor/mentee, it says 'full capacity/capacity reached' - what does this mean?

If you are seeing a message on a users profile that looks like the below -



This would mean you have reached your capacity for mentees, this was pre set on registration within your mentoring preferences. You can amend this by going to the home page, and clicking on the button below, on the left hand side -



Then, updating the section below -



You will then be able to request this user as a mentee, and they can also send a request to you.


If you see a message below -


This could be for a number of reasons -

  • You may have an outstanding request to respond to
  • The users profile showing this message may have reached capacity, have an outstanding request to respond to, or have sent an outstanding request awaiting response
