Data Retention

You can set your preference for Data Retention via the Admin Panel. This guide will detail information around this setting.

To access this setting, please follow the below steps :

  1. Log into the Admin Panel via https://org.pushfar.com
  2. Select Configuration > Branding & Platform Settings> Data Retention. You will then see the below:

Here you can choose to have all messages on the platform deleted after a chosen period of time. If set to "0" this option will be disabled.
