Admin FAQ - Can I send a mass/one off message to all my users?
Yes, you can send a message from within the admin panel.
To do this:

Go to Configuration > Automated Messaging > Send Email to All.

Click the ‘Compose New Email’ button on the left-hand side.

Write your message, and when you're ready, click Send.
You can then choose who you would like to send the one off message to from the below options.
Note: You cannot send emails to individual users.
