How does the integration work when it comes to suggesting proposed time for both users?
Outlook's integration will always try to find gaps where there is more space and time around them, combined with scanning through in real-time comparatively. So, we don't have set rules around this above and beyond space that is available for both parties and randomly selecting five spaces within that range. Selecting the same date range twice won't necessarily show the same five spaces. Equally, we do, with a greater date range, try and show a wider number of dates to both parties so they have more to choose from and as per mentoring best practice dates that are further away are actively encouraged too so it gives the mentor and mentee time to prepare for those meetings.
