Branding and Platform Settings

The Branding and Platform Settings page contains many of the key overall settings for your platform. In this article, we’ll walk you through each setting and explain what it means.

To access the Branding & Platform Settings page, please follow the below steps :

  1. Log into the Admin Panel via https://org.pushfar.com
  2. Select Configuration > Branding & Platform Settings. You will then see the below settings :

Below is a list of all the available settings and an explanation of what they mean

  • Organisation manual registration approval - Choose if you would like to enable/disable mentoring requests to allow access to the platform after filling in the registration form. "Nobody" means registration links will be disabled.

  • Enable PushFar Points - Enable the gamification feature to the participant side of the platform allowing participants to earn points for their engagement

  • Enable One-Time Mentoring - Enable this option to allow participants to schedule one-off meetings as well as long-term mentoring relationships.

  • Capture Organisation Name on Registration - Enable this setting if your participants come from multiple companies. For internal programmes (such as those for employees within a single organisation), it's best to keep this disabled.

  • Enforce Login with 2-FA - Participants will receive a 6-digit code via email to enter during login for added security

  • Enable working status capture on registration - Participants will be asked if they are employed, student or retired on registration.

  • Organisation SSO registration approval - Users will still require approval to join the organisation, even if they log in using Single Sign-On (SSO).

  • Enable Threads & Conversations - A forum feature that will appear on participant's home page. This can be managed under Additional Features > Threads & Conversations on the Admin Panel.

  • Enable PushFar Mentoring Tips - Mentoring tips will be displayed on participant's home page when they log in.

  • Force login via SSO - Enable this only if all participants are part of the same internal organisation and will be logging in via SSO. When enabled, participants won’t be able to set their own separate password on PushFar. (This will need to be configured first)

  • Allow Networking and Connectivity Outside Relationships - If disabled participants will only be able to see and communicate with those they are in an active relationship with

  • Multilingual Support - English is the default platform language and cannot be disabled. However, participants can choose their preferred language (based on the ones that you have made available) when they first log in. Any additional languages you enable will also be considered when suggesting matches.
