PushFar strives to ensure our platform is as widely accessible as possible. We work to a WCAG2.1 A standard and are looking at improving this to WCAG2.1 AA in the future. WCAG 2.1 is a technical standard developed under the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). More detail on the standard can be accessed here: https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/. Some aspects of our platform will already be compliant to AA, and even beyond to AAA. It is a process that we’re committed to.

We have built PushFar's platform, information architecture and structure to ensure that it is legible when used by a screen reader and for those using keyboards and keypads, to navigate the platform. We build our platform architecture to be rational and these are continually under internal audit and review. We work with external agencies and organisations to improve this on a regular basis and our ask of you, the individuals using PushFar, is to draw to our attention anything you think we can improve. We know, like most organisations, we can do better and want to. Whilst the standards referenced above are industry-standard, like most standards, with ever evolving technologies, there may be more we can do. Please let us know.

If any information or service provided by PushFar is inaccessible to you, or you are experiencing problems accessing content for any reason, please tell us about it by emailing support@pushfar.com or telephoning +44 (0)20 8050 3026.

VPAT Report

To make it easier for companies, educational institutions, and government agencies to comply with accessibility standards, PushFar provides information about how our web and mobile products currently work for people with disabilities.

The Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is a standardised form developed in partnership by the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to document a product’s conformance with key regulations of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
